Am unable to find the latest copy of the DS-156 form...

The current one listed on http://evisaforms.state.gov/ expired(s) on 9/30/2007

any helpful pointers?

hi,

Go on the any of the indian consulate websites. Download them .... it will be fine... it wont be a problem even if it is expired. Or you can get the latest forms from the Embassy itself for free.
