as some of u knows that i am under FBI name check!
and my visa expired ! so my question is, can i file I-131? for traveling! .. do u think i can do it because my case still pending!?

Well, what visa is expired ?

If you've OVERSTAY your visa, you may file an I-131, but you may NOT travel... if you leave the US after having overstayed (regardless of your "pending" status) you might be subjected to a 3 or a 10 year bar from the US...

Do NOT leave until you have your green card in hands.
