I just learned that on Nov. 8 my petition for my K-1 was approved. I feel so happy and relieve, the last couple of months were difficult because of the baby and such. I feel like all the stress has gone. Honesty is the best policy....I reply to the RFE with the truth. I told them that i did travel to Cuba and submitted the required evidence (not to mention that i beged to forgiveness), And they approve my petition. I can't believe it's true....but it is. I wanted to thank the people who reply to me and gave me helpful advice. Thanks
I agree that with Immigration, honesty is always the best policy.
