Hello Everyone!!! So some interesting news!

I just logged on to my online banking and the check was cashed!

We mailed to TSC and they "recieved" it on 10/26/2007.

The back of the check is stamped the following:
FOR DEPOSIT ONLY
US-TREASURY-TGANET WEST
CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION SERVICES
CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER
ALC ########
##########CA

Looks like we've been transferred. Any idea what those number mean?

Congrats I have no idea what the numbers mean. Anything we received from CSC started with WAC. Good luck

I think they may just be bank codes honestly.

Seems like you are moving quickly if your doc was just received on Oct 26 and check cashed on Nov 8.....

I'm not sure about the last number but I work for the Department of Defense and when we use the 8 digit ALC code here, it's the agency location. May not be the same for HS. Good luck.

They just received our paperwork on 11/7 so from reading here, I guess it could be a good month before our check is cashed.

I think I was too. Look on the bottom on the NOA at the address

Haven't recieved the NOA yet, just had the check cashed. It said California Service Center on the cashed check.

Ours was mailed out to NSC on November 5th..so waiting for our check to be cashed...........hope it gets transfered to California also!

they cashed ours pretty fast too..

yes my cashed in CSC check has a lot of numbers including 10 digit numbers but nothing starting with WAC or even 07 or 08
