can someone please help me? I just got an RFE for W-2's for the sponsor and the joint sponsor and I want to know what is the quickest way to to obtain W-2. when I submitted my applications, I submitted them with just 1040's but they said i need W-2's

Your sponsor and joint sponsor should still have a copy of their W2s. Ask them for it.
If they don't have them, they can call the IRS and ask for transcripts.
