my question is, if someone wants to cancel the green carte for the spouse before divorce what he should do and what the center service will do is he will leave US or what....

If the immigrant has a green card in hand, their spouse cannot "cancel it". if the status adjustment is still ongoing, that's a different story.

Are you the USC or the immigrant? Why do you ask?

my american friend has a problems with her husband and he did not get the green card yet, she doesn t want to ask this question thats why i did it, i m married to american citizen and we are waiting for the approval for our k3, so can you pls tell me what she can do in this case if she wants a divore can she stop everything,

Where are your friend and her husband in the process? Does he even have a visa yet? If so, have they applied to adjust status?

they got married tree years ago and he lives with her now in US and for some reasons he didn t get the green card yet but he is waiting yes they aplied to adjust status

three years sorry for the mistake i hope there is a solution i think she can call theICS and tell them about the problem

If he hasn't had his AOS interview yet, she can contact USCIS and withdraw her I-864 and/or not attend any AOS interview. This will result in no green card.
