HELLO EVERY BODIES HERE,
GREETINGS IN THE NAME OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, HAVE A VICTORIOUS DAY.
BODIES HERE IN VJ. SORRY IF I BOTHER YOU GUYS. I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS, ABOUT THE K1 VISA:
BUT LET ME SHARE YOU SOMETHING;
I DID MY INTERVIEWED WITH THE AMERICAN CONSUL, AND HE SAID, THERE SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MY DOCUMENTS BUT EXEPT MY AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT HAS NO SIGNATURE OF MY FIANCEE. THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT OF MY FIANCEE. BUT WHEN I WENT TO THE WINDOW 38 THE RELEASING AREA OF THE PINK SLIP, THEY RETURN MY PASSPORT, AND HEGAVE ME A PINK SLIP BUT THEY ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS.LIKE THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT OF MY FIANCEE, THEY SAID SHOULD PASS IF THERES A SIGNATURE YET. THEN AS THE MAN AT THE WINDOW 38 HE TOLD ME I CAN PAY NOW FOR MY VISA IN DELBROS, SO THERE I AM PAID ALREADY.
QUESTIONS:
1.) WHEN I PAID MY VISA IN DELBROS, AM I APPROVED?
2.) CAN MY FIANCEE FAX THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT TO THE USE?
3.) CAN I SEND MY PASSPORT TO THE USE WHEN MY FIANCEE FAX HIS AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT?
PLS. I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. THANK YOU BODIES GOD BLESS YOU. JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU SO MUCH.

you need to get the support document returned quickly. Just because you pay DELBROS doesn't mean you are approved. If they returned you passport you might want to read all the paperwork they gave you. Are you on missing document hold or AR? You filed this under the Latin forum so I moved it to the Philippines.

Yes I agree it doesn't mean that if you pay delbros and give you pink slip you are approved... I met older man who is also applying for visa he already paid delbros but he wasn't approve yet and it was his 2nd time he went to the U.S. Embassy!
Johna you need to comply what they asked from you as soon as possible so that it wont take any longer or whatever. Even if they told you everything is Ok but remember girl I-134 is the most important document needed and show that your fiance will really support you but then he forgot to sign it. We don't know what they think. Even if you said that your fiance forgot to sign it they maybe have doubts. We don't know... I was thinking this afternoon after we talked on the phone. How come that your fiance forgot to sign the I-134?Before you can notarized I-134 your fiance should signed it first.
Is your I-134 notarized??? or maybe your fiance signed it but forgot to notarized it???

I'd recommend your Fiancee print another couple copies of the Affidavit of support, sign it, and send it to you on the US Postal's Global Express Guaranteed. It will probably cost about $50, but will be there in 3 days or less.
Then you can arrange to take the requested documents back to the Embassy.

You need to get a signed and notarized copy of the Affidavit of Support from your fiancee and submit that to USEM ASAP and then USEM will also get your passport (since they will need that to issue you a visa). You should also have a photocopy of the Affidavit of Support that you will submit for your files. Also make sure to place your MNL# on the upper right hand corner of the documents, so they will know which file to put it and it will not be misplaced. Although faxing the document will make it easier and will get to USEM faster, but submitting it personally will be better so you can be sure everyting is in order.
Good Luck and God Bless.
