Trying to fill this form out but i'm not sure on what to write..
help needed right away thanks..
You came to the right place. Just ask your questions and you'll get answers right here.
1. ON G-325A where it says Citizenship/Nationaly (I'm an American Citizen but I was born Kosovo, Albanian. Do I just put American Citizen or something else?? Gained Citizenship through naturalization.
2. Since I'm married overseas in Kosovo and now i'm here in the States, where it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for:" Am i suppose to check "other" and write in support of spouse's I 130 Petiotion?
or something else? But whenever I write that on Acrobat Reader it allows me to write the whole thing but as soon as i go to the next box..theres like a black cross which wont let them read the whole thing, you guys understand what i'm saying right?
And since i'm married overseas..i'm applying for the K-3 Visa right???
please school me here..i'm real frustrated and i know this K 3 stuff will take along time..maybe 2 years of my married

1. Yes, your current nationalality is the same as your citizenship. Answer USA.
2. Yes, Other and I-130
3. You are not applying for a visa. By filing the I-130, you are petitioning for your wife to have the right to apply for a visa. Filing the I-130 itself, would result in a CR1 or IR1 visa, because you are married, regardless of where the marriage took place.
If you prefer the K3 visa, you also file the I-129F petition but you no longer need to wait for the receipt. You can file the petitions together. You must file them as if they were separate but go ahead and put them in the same envelope.
Before fling and I-129F though, I ad vise you to consider carefully. The K3 is far more expensive in the long run and does not allow your wife to work until at least three months after she arrives. Check out some of the discussion on this subject lately.
