How long does it take once they recieve the IV fee bill at NVC to update the automated system?

The automated message won't say that the payment has been posted but what it does do, is it generates the DS-230. So about two weeks after they receive the IV Bill payment, the NVC operator should be able to tell you if the DS-230 has been generated or mailed out.

As always you are the best, see I got an RFE cause they received the I-864 before the IV fee bill. When I caled they said ok just send the bill in when we have it and it will update the RFE. Hopefully all will be well. I will call next week and see what it says and then speak to an operator.

I called today and was told they posted the payment 11/2 and sent the DS-230 on 11/5/07. Thanks
See. Now it should take about 2 weeks for it to be delivered.

Well I got the same thing.. Cause when I received my go signal for I864 I gathered all my docs that night and sent it out the next day.. After a week I called em to ask for status, they said Its under review and they have sent me a the IV fee bill.. Then after a week again.. I called and checked for status. Automated response saying I got an RFE. I was so sure I gave all what they needs and triple check the form before submitting.. So I called the NVC Operator and asked what was wrong.. They said the RFE was about no payment has posted. DUH!! I haven't even receive the bill yet until 2 days ago, and just mailed it yesterday..
I just hope everything works out well.. The rep also suggested me to remind my spouse to start preparing her DS230.
