I filed on 8/8/07, second time filing after be denied in 2005. I just recieved a RTE, on a yellow paper for my medical. Has anyone recieved this? Does it delay processing time? I just had my biometerics on 11/3/07. I have a really good job offer, but I need to respond by the end go Novemember, any information will help. Thank you

It delays your processing by the amount of time it takes you to respond to the request and then for your reply to get acted upon. Theoretically if you did not receive the request your application would have already been adjudicated.

i got a RFE and i'v send it , and they have paused my Case till i send it back ....

adjustment of status, I already mailed in my medical. I wanted to get some idea as to what the response time would be for my EAD. After they recieve it, would I have to wait for the 90 days all over again, or do they resume processing

Thank you for your response, I have mailed the medical (RTE), now do I have to wait an additional 90 days for my EAD, or do they resume processing from the reqest time of the EAD, they gave me 87 days to responde

i'm in the same boat - nessa got a rfe for the medical, did the medical again even though the one she had in brazil was supposed to be valid, sent it back in early aug and csc received mid aug. still nothing on her aos........

Did she atleast get her EAD
