Questions about I-765 filed with Adjustment of Status.
Question 16: (a)(6) K1 fiancee right? For wife it is (a)(9), but it is not correct?
Question 10: We have both A# and I-94 - should we try to squeeze them both into the field or just A#?
Question 14: "Manner of Last Entry" - "K-1 fiancee", right?
Question 15: "Current Immigration Status" - also "K-1 fiancee" or "wife" or what?
And of course - we should file in CHICAGO address right? Even though instructions say that it should be filed to California Service Center?...
