can anyone tell me if this well help my case my senator wrote a letter for my husband to take to his interview on nov.15 saying its extremely financally and emotionnally hard on my familyand i so good or bad thing

i-130 interview on oct.16 was here illeagally for 11.5 years has been in mexico since july 2006 went back on his own officer told him he needs to file the i-601 waiver and return with a hardship letter
