Hi guys

I've read this but can't find it. What does the NVC ask for once UCSIS has approved and forwarded the K3 package? My understanding is that they require something about support, evidence of support or something like that, and they ask the beneficiary to assign an agent? Could I get a quick explanation of the process? Thanks. Asking because we got "touched" 11/7 after 4 1/2 months so we are probably getting eyeballed or maybe getting close?

Please read the guides. You're describing the NVC process for an immigrant visa. NVC requires nothing from the petitioner or beneficiary for any K visa.
