ok maybe I am thinking too far ahead, however like to keep on top of things...my husb got his 2 year green card yesterday. Is there a min period of time he has to wait till he card submit the removal of conditions, or does he have to wait the 2 years???thanks.........................for your help all.

The filing window for I751 removing of conditions opens 90 days before the expiration date of the conditional greencard. If you file too early your case will not be accepted and returned to you.
We will be filing the I-751 for Claudeth in about three weeks which is a little less than 90 days before her conditional card expires.
