I have been trying to download the I-751 form both on VJ and from USCIC site and can not get it to download. Is something wrong or is it something I am doing. Need to start filling it out soon.

What error message do you get? The USCIS link ( http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-751.pdf ) works fine for me.
It's a pdf file so you will need to have adobe acrobat / acrobat reader to open it.

I have acrobat reader and have always been able to open it. It say it is done but nothing shows on the screen.

Hmmm.... weird indeed. I have just checked the VJ link for I751 and it works as well.

I will let the computer pros answer what appears to be a technical problem on your side.

Do you have a pop-up blocker that might be affecting it? I had no problems

I used to have problems with the forms, so I now use Visapro for all my forms.....it's worth a try!

tried visapro it tried to load be never came up. I think it has something to do with my acrobat reader, but don't know how to fix it.

tried on VJ again and when I try to download it say done but the sceen is blank.

Have you tried updating your acrobat reader? I remember having a similar problem and updating the reader fixed it for me.

need at least reader version 6

Definitely upgrade if you are below 6. I think the latest is 8 somthing

If you continue to have problems, go to the public library or Kinko's or some other facillity and easily download it from there! Also, you can always telephone USCIS and they will send you one by mail!
