Is there anyway that someone can tell me the contents of package 3? Please I want to have everything ready when it arrives.
My second question is do you have to send in package 3 in order to receive package 4?

It looks like lately packet 3 &4 for Nigeria are picked up on the same day.
Someone from Nigeria could tell you exactly what is in packet 3 but let me take a guess: info on police certificate and medicals, info he needs from you (I-134, etc), proof of ongoing relationship stuff and the interview date. Stuff like that I guess.
Hi Missy1,
My husband's packet was for K3 but I am almost positive that Lagos uses the same packet for K1 and K3. There is not really a packet 4. The packet 4 is considered your interview date and you will turn in all the documents from packet 3 when you go to your interview. You will get your interview date when you get packet 3 and it is considered packet 4.
This is what is included in the packet:
DS-156(K1 Visa Application Form)
DS-156K-That's the form your Fiance will sign in front of the immigration officer
Information and application to get his Police Report
Information and Medical Forms for his Medical
A list of evidence he needs to bring with him to the interview
I-134-Affidavit of Support
You can look in the Guides for samples of the DS-156 and DS-156K and the I-134 to see how you are supposed to fill them out.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!

You are smart to start early missy. trying to collect this info after receiving packet 3 can be so overwhelming.
