Has anyone ever heard of Belle Chasse, LA? It seems like a small town (it only has two zip codes on usps.com). I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me what it's like.
Is it a nice town? Clean? Good schools? Low cost of living?
What about the community? We are muslim and so we'd like to know if anyone knows if there's a mosque there (there isn't one listed on Islamicfinder.org) or other muslims.
Also, there is a town with nearby called Arabi. Anyone know about this town? All the same questions from above plus one, what's the commute from Arabi to Belle Chasse like?

My husband will probably know- he was born and raised here in Louisiana. I have heard of Belle Chasse and Arabi but have never been to either.
