Can anyone tell me if I have to fill out the same forms for adjustment of status for my 15 year old son as for myself? Can someone please explain the process? Thank you so much.

I have no idea but I would think he would be somehow included in your paperwork unsure.gif .... have you checked the guides? Wisdom, anyone?

I thought that a 15 yo comes under the same application as the parent. Wisdom? I gave that up for a sense of humour. Len, betcha thought I was gonna quote that famous mistranslation of Aeschylus but that would require a modicum of wisdom, and I have none. laughing.gif

Unfortunately, over 14, and they pay the same fee and need to apply just like you. Under 14, they do, too, but if filed at the same time as the parent, the fee is only $600.
