What does the word adjudication mean in terms of visa processing? What step does it represent? I don't see it mentioned anywhere else. wacko.gif

It's when one of the adjudicators at USCIS will look at your case and determine whether your case should be approved. For a K1, it's the step between the NOA1 and NOA2. smile.gif

I work part time for a law firm where I'm the one holding the 2 rubber stamps..."approved" and "declined"....pity i couldn't pre-stamp my file!!!!!! whistling.gif

That's what I was looking for!! Thanks much! It sounded a lot like, buy the plane tickets to me..but I knew better.
