Do any one know the Guangzhou interview questions ?
Thank you.
My finance was asked on October 2007
How do you know your finance?
What does your finace work?
Since your finace was married before, why does he not have any children?
Where does your finacee live?
That is all i remember. But that is not the real reason i wanted to post here. She was denied her K-1 visa in october 2007, for lack of evidence. Along the way of this K-1 visa process i did as much research as i could to have all the documents needed. We followed exactly what the embassey packet wanted, i think it was a "DS" form. Even on the embassey website nothing was mentioned other than "Last years Tax returns". So the rejected it because i had only 2006 along with are paperwork. So I could not find 2005 nor 2004 tax returns, and i called the IRS. They sent me a 4056 form and along with $78 dollars i requested them in October. Allthough, the mentioned that a automated tax transcript was availble. Which they sent me for both years at no charge. But here is the question, It said on thje interviewer paper work, checked,"Provide copies of 2004 2005 tax returns along with w-2's. With the transcripts you do not get these. So we tried to ask the question to the embassey, via phone and internet if a tax transcript is exceptible for there requirements. But as you would think, the goverment is much to busy to ask answer a question. They also ask for me to write a statement about my previous marrige of 9 years. to a chinese girl, but we met in the USA. Wanting to know why the marrige failed, why we did not have children, how we met, and how long we lived together. They also wanted my ex wifes social security number, her english name, current adress and telephone number, and her Chinese name. So the IRS could only find my 2005 tax returns and photocopied them. 2004 they have no idea where or if they will find them according to the Letter 4218 they sent me. They did say they would refund my money, lol. So on December 4th 2007 , my future wife ppresented this as we thought would be her second interview, but she only droped the additional information to a chinese officer in the embassey, and was told to return on December 6th at 2:30 p.m., which finally she was told she would get her K-1 visa. This process took from Me filling the I-129 on November 24th 2006, to December 8th 2007. We have not even seen each other since September 2006 so it seems like it took forever. I just wanted to tell pepole that maybe "Tax Transcripts" will be proff enough. Since the goverment is to busy to answer this question. I just wanted to add to this great site "Visa Journey" , the newest information i could about this. Visa Journey has been so helpful to me, and I just wanted to express me appriation. Also please excuse my spelling and grammer, no spell check here lol.
