Oh, how I wish I could have filed at VSC. But CONGRATULATIONS to all who have been approved!!!

HELP. What documents are needed for the next step. My petition has left the NVC and has been forwarded to London. I want to have my SO gather the needed documents so when can have them ready when the consulate sends us our packages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know what the average NOA2 / petition approval timeframe is right now for CSC? A trend over the last several months? I've been having an anxious, panicky and entirely impatient day today

What about total visa processing time? I've checked the timelines - just wondering if anyone has any good news about things speeding up

Hey November filers, Is everyone still hanging in there? I know its pretty depressing for us CSC filers, especailly when there are Dec VSC filers apprvd. Im very happy for them though. Just wish the CSC would get a move on.

Yeah if your with CSC this is so frustrating. I just got back from Visiting my woman in P.I. so I guess I'll feel recharged for a month or so. But this wait is really tough.

Just checking up on you guys, seems like November filers in VSC are getting approved on a daily basis in this month of February, while us CSC filers are still in the dark. I can't complain though, seems like CSC has barely started working on Oct filers, so this gives me a little glimmer of hope that maybe we can start recieving NOA2's next month from the CSC. Keep up the hope fellow CSC-Nove Filers!

Yes were on CSC and this is really frustrating, I hope atleast in March I can see some november filers from CSC that are approve.

I think we are almost there novembers CSC filers, the past couple days some Oct filers who received their NOA1 in mid Oct. are already recieving NOA2's..Yahoo!!! we are getting closer!

I am really depressed with what my time line said, it say there that our petition will be adjudicated this coming MAY 14 why it take that long???? But oh well I can't do nothing, but wait and wait and wait...............

This just reinforces my opinion of anything to do with California. I just keep praying our application gets approved before another natural disaster hits like an earthquake or mudslides or big fires that god seems to throw at California every so often.

We got our NOA2 approval email today ! It took 94 days since we filed, but I'm so happy we're through with that. Good luck and fingers crossed for everyone that is still waiting

I called CSC today and was told by a very nice immigration officer that my petition is still on a shelf.....they are currently working on October filers...she said mine may be another month....so all you Oct., Nov. filers...mayb e good news soon!

All us CSC filers are so lucky. We paid triple the previous fee to get triple with the wait time. it appears they are going to take pretty much the full 6 months to approve our application. Seems like a bunch of crap considering the Vermont filers from January are already getting approvals.

^^^It is very unfair...if there is such a disparity in processing times between the two centers perhaps they need to even it out....makes no sense that I live in OH and had to file CSC instead of VSC...

Hey! I'm in Cleveland, OH too I filed about a month after you. My fiance is constantly asking me why we had to file at CSC as Ohio is much closer to Vermont than it is to California! And you're right, if they determine where you will file based on the quantity of petitions each state averages in order to ensure equal processing times, then maybe they need some help with their quantitative skills It's not that I'm not happy for VSC filers, I just wish I was one of them!

I think the first NOV. filer (for technical reason, USCIS filed it in nov.) was approved yesterday out of CSC..
