Hello. I just found out that Montreal mailed my package three was mailed to my old address ( despite informing the USCIS months ago of the address change). Is it possible to download the information and the DS-230 off of the net and mail it in myself or do they require you sent back the barcode sheet they send you with most of the forms we have received?
