My wife got her ASC Appointment notice today. It states to bring appointment notice, she will also take her green card, DMV ID card, passport, this is about all I can think of, should this be enough?

Yes, it should. She won't need all those different forms of ID either.
It did ask for my social security number on the form they had me fill out, but I hadn't (and haven't) memorized it and it was fine to just leave it blank.

For removal of conditions Biometrics you only need to take the appointment letter and your greencard....
