My spouce mailed Packet 3.5 back to ISL. what is the average wait time for packet 4 days? weeks? months? years? decades? centuries? millennia?

hey,. my husband got his 3.5, and it was MUCH different than the way I've been hearing things explained....his only requested the ds230, people were telling me it was going to require a lot more...is this a good thing? Does anyone know if they are scheudling interviews in a reasonable time frame, some people on here told me NEXT YEAR, but I'm wondering if that depends on the type of visa....we are getting a cr actually, not a K..(I just now realized i'm in the wrong forum ,SORRY)
