Hi all, i was just wondering if after they receive your RFE info they change the status online? Because we sent ours oct 26 and still nothing, online it still says "we sent request for evidence...". Does anyone know how it works? And how long?

Hi, normally within 14 days USCIS will update your case status online after they received the "RFE" back it will show...... "request for evidence received, case processing resumed"

Yes, they should be updating it on line. But don't worry about it, ours has been approved and sent to our consulate but our status never changed. I hope you get NOA2 soon
