Hello everyone I have a quick question, I sent my I129-F around August 21 and it was recieved by CSC on September 26 does this make me an August filer or September filer?

Your answers are appreciated, Thank You.

I believe you are a September filer... BUT, check your NOA1 and whatever is on the "Notice Date", that would be it...

why does it take so long to recieve ur petition, if it was recieve at any service centre before it was sent to CSC it will show on ur notice the reciept date, which is the day they have it in thier mailroom,

By received you mean the date on the NOA1?

I dont know why it took so long. But thanx for the info.

Yes, they are supposed to go by the "Received Date" on the NOA1. The USCIS Ombudsman was very clear on this matter in both of his last two teleconferences he held.
