Just curious to know how many people have generated the DS230 Barcode using the James shortcut, and of those how many have had trouble as in NVC not accepting it and retuning to you, perhaps looking fo the real barcode that they sent to you with packet....

how many have had this fail for them?

I sent it in printed in black & white and it was still accepted normally. I have not found one person anywhere in this newsgroup ever report where it was not accepted. Even if NVC were to reject it, they would probably not return the documents but instead process them manually as if they had been submitted without the proper coversheet.

I used James Shortcut v2.0 from start to finish, and never had any problems with any of them

Mine was a success, and saved me a couple of weeks... ultimately saved more than that, because I got approved before Oct, 1 (when NVC changed the rules on documents that must be submitted together with DS-230 - for many embassies).
Use it, it is worth it!
