We did not have it notarzied. Just sent in the original doc. should be fine..

depends on the facility I guess? in gujarat my wife was aksed 2 photos. But at this point
you should have few photos with you..you never know when you need it. Just have like 10-15 copies
of it with you.

I dont think, I-864 needs to be notarized. It does not mention that on the actual form. But I sent in
I-864 for AOS. may be others who have gone thru CR-1 process can comment here?

We need the photos for medicals. I dont think we have to notoarise the other documetns. I called the VFS and they told me the same thing. they need the Photocopy of the I-864 submitted to NVC, latest bank statement.

no it does not need to be notorized as there is no place for the stamp etc...
even on the website they state that its not needed ...
