You both need to print and sign the letters of intent. You'll submit 2 letters with your I-129F package one signed by you and the other one signed by your fiance. Both are the same you just change the info. on each one, if he is signing then his info. should be on the head of the letter. Later, for the interview you print and sign other 2 letters, the same way.
This is what we did:
If you are including the letter with Package I-129F, this is how it should go like this:QUOTE
FIANCE'S NAME
ADDRESS OF FIANCE
United States Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
SERVICE CENTER (CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER/VERMONT SERVICE CENTER)
ADDRESS OF SERVICE CENTER
DATE
Dear Sir or Madam:
I, FIANCE'S NAME, do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry YOUR NAME, and intend to do so within 90 days of her arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.
Sincerely,
FIANCE'S SIGNATURE
Later, when your interview is scheduled you'll have to print and sign a new letter of intent that will go like this: QUOTE
YOUR NAME
YOUR ADDRESS
United States Department of State
United States Consulate NAME OF THE COUNTRY/CITY WHERE IT IS LOCATED
ADDRESS OF THE CONSULATE
DATE (Note: This date is different than the one in the original letter of intent, maybe months from the date you filed, the date will be closer to the interview date)
Dear Sir or Madam:
I, YOUR NAME, do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry FIANCE'S NAME, and intend to do so within 90 days of her arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.
Sincerely,
YOUR SIGNATURE
I hope this helps
