Was wondering if anyone has any experiene with sending in I-864EZ as opposed to the I-864?...
I read the criteria for using I-864EZ, and it appears that I can use it based on what it says there, but want to make sure so I don't have to re-submit using I-864 and lose a lot of time....
Please advise if anyone has used I-864EZ....

You use I-864EZ if you are only using your income and no co-sponsor with it.

We used it for the AOS without a problem. You have no timeline so it may be different for whatever petition/application you are submitting it for.

We did. We only used my income.
