Hi everybody!
My conditional resident status expired on 2/16/2008 so when I submit my I 751 Pition to remove my conitional status?

You can submit your I751 within the 90 days prior to the expiry date of your greencard.

I think u should be able to file by November I'm filing mine by December because my GC will expire by March 15,08

If you file before the 90 days from GC expiration there is a GOOD chance they will send your application back.
By all means don't wait until the last day.
