Which dating website? The answer is probably no but you've given to little information to give a firm indication of the answer.

If it is a site like yahoo, e harmony , match.com etc then no. If it is a specific site that advertises as specializing in international
" hook-ups" for a certain country then probably yes.

This is Latineuro.com. Latineuro not offer tours or place to meet pleople only your email adress. When my fiance fill the form l129F, he said ''NO'' in the question about IMBRA, Do you think we made a mistake??. We were confuse about IMBRA term.

There really is alot of 'grey area' with IMBRA isn't there? Especially since internet dating has become so popular. I met my fiancee on an online dating website as well, but answered no to the IMBRA question. Of course, our situation was a bit different because we were both living in Canada at the time - so we weren't 'international' at all back then.

I took a quick look at Latineuro.com, and it is strictly advertising itself as a 'dating' service - there is no mention of arranging marriages anywhere. I think this is a good argument that it is not an IMB? Of course, what I think doesn't matter - it's what our lovely friends at USCIS think that counts! There must be some other Latin American VJ members who have used this website, maybe they can provide some insight about whether they have had IMBRA issues.

Anyway, good luck!
