Before my husband and I decided to get married we went on several trips etc. together. The problem was that since we went just the two of us we didnt take that many pics together. Also we didnt save our bus tickets etc because we didnt know that one day we might need them to prove our relationship. So in order to provide the most possible evidence of our relationship I went to my on line banking center and was able to access ALL of my debit/credit card history. This provides proof that you were where you said you were, even if you dont have TONS of photos or bus/plane tickets to prove it.

I am a pack rat so saved everything, boarding passes, hotel receipts, mall shopping receipts, etc
