I hope we don't have to wait 50 days sad.gif. That would be awful! I'm at 34 days today...that would mean another two weeks...Oh I really, really hope we don't have to wait that long! Both CSC and NVC told me it should only take 4-5 weeks, but I'm not holding my breath. All we can do is hope, pray and WAIT. wacko.gif
Good luck to all of us!

I read somewhere taht you can mail in your NOA2 to the NVC directly. I think its in the CSC NOA2 Waiting thread.

that could help you out:)

Yes, you can send a copy of your NOA2 to the NVC so they can do an inquiry on your case...but that won't get it there any faster sad.gif
*sigh* we just have to be patient!
Thanks for your post though! I tell ya, I wish I could fly down to Cali and grab our petition and hand-carry it to New Hampshire! GRRR!

my fiance called NVC a while ago and they said they don't have a record of our case from uscis. meaning, uscis haven't transported it yet to nvc.

it's more than 7 days already since our noa2 approval date. i hope it will be sent until end of the month.

can anybody here draft a letter that the USC fiance can send to their senators/congressmen in order to fasten up the schedule of sending our cases to nvc? please.. please..please...

This, along with everything else involving US immigration, is unacceptable.

And to think that the people we elect into office couldnt give two shits about this and the affect it has on us.

It's no wonder this country is the laughing-stock of the entire world.

supposedly the problem is with the transport company that transports the petitions to NVC. I guess they have a problem with them and havent resolved it or they have to get a new one etc. so the approved Petitions are just sitting waiting for transport. eventually they will get them there. it usually took 3 weeks to get to NVC and get to the embassy of your beneficiary, but now its doubled.

dont know if this is true, but there is a post where someone called CSC and that was the reason given why the petitions havent been sent yet.

As usual, wait, wait and then wait some more. blink.gif

Mine took about a month. It says if you haven't received anything in 30 days then to call NVC.

There is delay at the NVC that is already known.
Back in June I waited about a month,I kept on calling every week to find out.
I would see 50 days as for right now could be about right.
hmmm...
I was approved last June 21 and my case got in NVC august 13. and after that our case stayed in NVC 5 weeks .. So i think all you have to do wait and be patient. contact CSC after 60 days incase they havent send it in NVC Good luck

same here... still waiting for nvc huh.gif
second stage
I called NVC last week and was told it'll take atleast 2-6 weeks and upto 60 days to receive the case information from CSC...

Not sure why they quote such a large date range(2-6weeks) just to receive case information unless they receive them once a month or so....
