hi all, my family in the u.s. is currently assembling some documents for the I-134, to co-sponsor my fiancé for me. are the I-134's to be sent back with packet 3 or are they due at the time of the interview? i just don't want to collect everything too early and have it outdated at interview time. also, we've got about 2 months left to wait on my fiancé's RCMP check and i'm wondering what time that is due, as well.
thanks! smile.gif

You will need the notarized I-134 at the interview stage.

Both the I-134 and the police certificate are used for the interview at the consulate. Keep in mind that the RCMP police certificate is valid for 6 months smile.gif

RCMP cert for Montreal is good for 1 year!
