It has been July 12,2007 since I filed and I am still waiting. I have filed in VSC. Did anyone who filed in July get there NOA2 yet.

May filers are just now starting to see some NOA2's and not a lot from VSC.

You may have a bit of a wait ahead.

The vast majority of us are still waiting! Only 2 approvals that I've seen and were because they had special processing - one for a Cuba and the other for Iraq, in which case they are granted priority service.

We filed in June and received our NOA2 at the end of September. Once you get your NOA2, things will move a lot faster, and we just got our interview date for the beginning of December. Yep...Other than the 2 exceptions, USCIS is still working on May, early june NOA1's. THose of us in July still have a bit of a wait...

we filed July 20

just to put it in perspective.. I filed another k-1 right after 9-11 . That didnt work out,
so giving it another shot.

we waited 18 months...

they are moving along , it wont be long now..
