Hi guys,

sorry to bother you if the answer to my question is already posted somewhere...but I couldn't find a clear answer anywhere in the posts...(or at least an answer which was clear enough for me... unsure.gif )

what exactly does stage two mean in regards to a K1 petition? Does it mean "received and pending", or does it mean "approved and NOA2 issued" ...or what?

Anybody out there who has an idea?

Thanks a bunch!!!!!

I myself have never heard of stage 2 but I think you are refering to NOA2 which would be the approved K1 petition.
Recieved and pending would be NOA1 by the way.
