Hi, I am new here. I am getting ready to begin my process in filing for K1 visa. My Fiance is from China.
When filling out paper work am I correct that since my Fiance is from China that she will need to sign the papers in her native language? Also I see that the Biographic sheets are in English, so I will have to translate for her? or can i fill out most the form for her and have her sign? (Native Language!?). When filling out intent to marry letter, I know I have to write in English, but if my Fiance fills it out in Chinese do I have to have someone translate it to English? If so, where do I find someone who can do this? Sorry for all the questions. I want to make this process as smooth as possible. Thanks
