I could use some advice regarding a technical problem I am experiencing:

When I go to the Philippines portal, the contents of those pages do not fit onto my 19 inch monitor. This causes me to have to use the bar at the bottom of the screen to view the entire contents of the page by moving the bar from right to left. This happens only when I go to the Philippines portal page and it just started happening on those pages this past week. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or is this a website problem?

It is not a big deal, I am just curious if I am doing something wrong or is it something else.

Thanks.

I'm not sure but it usually happens when someone posted a very long link or an image which cause the page to expand. When that happened to me, I maximize my screen to fully view the contents. It looks like it's back to normal now.

You could go to the control panel and select display and change the pixel settings. I set mine to 2024 and have no problems viewing the entire page.

Thank you, Captain Ewok....it's working fine now.

By the way, I would guess that you hear this regularly from others, but I'd like you to know how much Maria and I appreciate this site. The amount of information you have provided us during our process has been invaluable.

We are grateful for what you do for us and other couples in our situation. It facilitates our understanding of the entire immigration process, and it assists us in making plans for Maria's eventual trip home.

We continue to turn to the visajourney site for accurate, useful and dependable information necessary for our journey.

Thanks again to you and the entire vj team.
