USCIS now says they are processing April 12th files!!! Can I get a "Whoop Whoop"

okay here's my question...

Once in the US on a K1 how easy/hard is it for the non-citizen to travel internationally. Is it exactly the same as if they were trying to travel from the home country (Thailand) or is it MUCH easier for them to get tourist visa to say Europe or other "Western" countrys. Also what about travel back to the home country while they are in the US on a K1 (after married and Change of Status and all that).

You cannot travel internationally after the K-1 has been used without Advance Parole (filed for separately). If you do, you will be required to file for a new visa before settling in the US.

Any travel to countries they would need to get tourist visas for would still be on the basis of the fact that they are a citizen of whatever country they come from. They would still have to prove ties to the country of residence.

Travel back to one's home country after AOS isn't an issue.
