Ok so We mailed 129F application on september 25th to the CSC as Bryan is living in Ohio and it been received on the 28th but still no respond about the notice of receipt and the check havent been cash yet...

SO WHATS GOING ON ???????????

I am kinda stress a lil and I read here somewhere that it can take up to 90 days.....

i need to be cheer up i guess so please help me
