hey guys... im really stressing about this ...i sent out the I-129F last sept 19 2007 at the post office here in Riverside California. the employee there said it would probably get there in 2 days if not the next day. Its been a month and i still havent recieved any notice saying they've recieved it. and the $455 filling fee is still in my bank and has not been cleared!!! Ive been reading forums and timelines and ive seen that most took about 2 weeks for them to know if they service center has recieved it and about the same time for the check to be cleared...is there a number i can call to speak with someone personally and not those recordings??! im really stressing about this, so if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

It took me over 30 day to get a reply back that they had receiveI-129F. Just because we are giving them more money it does not mean think will move fast. I think thing are moving slower now than before.

The USCIS has been having some problems with being backlogged; don't worry, it's normal.
You may be affected with the receipting delay. Check this:
Q : How do I find out if my application is a part of the receipting delay?
USCIS has developed a web page at http://www.uscis.gov/receiptingtimes specifically to address any receipt delay concerns. This page provides general information about your application type. In addition, USCIS representatives are available at the National Customer Service Center (1-800-375-5283) to assist callers with general information about the process.
