Hi yall!! Ok this is my soapbox/rant/rave whatever, I'm pissed!! I just checked (I'm new at the whole signing up for the "touched" updates) and I noticed that the last time my I130 was touched was on March 12th of 2007. Well I called the stupid 1800 number that gives no result and they told me that my case was out of the normal processing time. Which I was told that it is currently at April 18, 2007. Yes they are 1 MONTH late. Well guess what their resolution to my dilemma was? They submitted a service request and told me to wait another 45 days until I hear something. I am so freaking frustrated!!! I can't take this anymore. I MISS my husband soooo much. I live by myself in an apartment with our dog and I am ready to explode. I HATE the people at USCIS. they are soooooooooooooo unhelpful!!!

i think there is more there let it out tell us what you really think about uscis dont be shy.
i dont think i will be as calm as you when this happens to me. i think i will camp out on there lawn with signs of what is really going on in uscis, at least you have a dog to talk to i live alone. i have already called my senator because i cant take it no more and i filed in may havent heard from him yet its only been 2 days since i sent my form back to him and i am ready to call
