We have put in our AP stuff almost 60 days ago now and have heard nothing, but
have our biometrics appt 20APR which is 65 days from NOA. Do they wait for biometrics
to give the AP document as well? Or is MSC just slow these days?
Do we have any right to ask for AP doc if it has been over the 60 days?

I had my biometrics done 3 weeks after I received NOAs for AP and AOS. It took 130 days for me to receive my AP.......so I don't think the 2 are connected in anyway. You have to be 30 days outside the processing time that they are currently posting (which I think is 25th Feb - check) before they will do anything - and then all they do is launch an enquiry and supposedly write to you in 30 days. GOOD LUCK!!

Your Biometrics appointment has no baring on your application for AP.... if your NOA date is more than 30 days before the posted proccesing date you could make an infopass to find out what the hold up is....
