Thanks for all the warm thoughts (go to Hades?) from everyone in this forum. That fairy dust is mucho potent. Perhaps praying to the patron saint of Leafs' fans, St. Turk of Broda, did the trick. I think that all the people who wrote or spoke to government officials about MTL effected a favourable change, they've finally started to move. It's funny but when I phoned this morning, the wonderful operator (I think her name was Risa) said (in a thick NY accent) "you picked the right time to call, we just finished scheduling yesterday. Looks like you got an early Christmas present." I phoned yesterday and received the "try again next month" message. I'm really starting to wonder if Rod Serling will conduct the interview? Now I pass on the magic and prayers to the other people waiting for interview dates.

*secretly suspects Flames9 and trailmix of using forbidden mind control techniques to force MTL to give the interviews and put an end to my crazy puns, one Ron MacLean is quite enough*

When I try to be serious, most people think I'm planning on decapitating them, which isn't necessarily true. Those people at the consulate spend most of their time in a small cubicle so they don't follow the Heatherforecast too closely.
