My I-130 got approved last night! Got an approval email from the California Service Center. I was wondering how long does it take for the USCIS to forward the petition to the NVC if I decide to go for Consular Processing!

It takes about 2-3 months with NVC. Please check the link for NVC Flowchart

My I-130 petition was approved on August 7th. And it took two weeks for NVC to receive it.

It has been a month and the NVC still does not have our I-129f since it's approval. The standard is 2-4 weeks for them to receive it but now both the NVC and the USCIS are saying it can take as long as 60-90 days.

Let me just rephrase this...
...it takes at least 2 weeks for NVC to assign a case # from the time it was approved from USCIS.
...the process with NVC takes about 2-3 months.
