I found the fee for processing the DS-230--$335. I had to go to the state department site to find it. It is not on the USCIS fee lisiting. The DS-230 form on this site is the same one as the State site but it's interesting the form shows the OMB expiration date as 7/31/2007.

They did change all the fees recently.

I'm not sure if they changed the paperwork at all, but I know most fees have been increased. (To "streamline" the process some time in the near future. Or so that's what they say.)

Yes...a Russian wife is getting expensive! smile.gif The I-130=$355. The DS-230=$335. The I-864=$70. Then there's the medical exam and shots. And everything is still slow as molasses.

We just paid our DS-230 fee and it is $380. $335 for the DS-230 + $45 security fee

We are still a ways away from all this, but what is required for lifting of conditions and what are the fees associated? They recently went up, right?

2 year GC to 10 year GC - How, and how much?

Hey,
We just went through all this about 6 months ago. For removing conditions you just file the I-751 with the required evidence ...it's a piece of cake and the fees are $465 (plus $80 biometric service fee). You file at the Service Center with jurisdiction over your state of residence.

Here is a pdf of the instructions ... http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-751instr.pdf

And here is the link to the form itself ... http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-751.pdf

Every 10 years thereafter you just file a renewal form I-90 with $290. A biometrics fee of $80 may be included, but in ten years who knows how much it will cost (rhetorical).

Of course, US citizenship would void the requirement to renew.
