I'v Been Waittin For my EAD Now for More then 90 Days ,
NOA1 was for the date of july 12th
my Bio Was on Aug 4th
and i did't get anything till now
but i'v been asked for more documents for the I-130
and i'v send them
that was sometime after my bio
does that effect the TimeLine for the EAD
i was thinkin about an intopass
but it is 3 h away :S
and am soooooo depressed From Stayin home :S
donno what to do ?

Are you saying you received a request for more information? I believe everything stops if the petition has an RFE but I may be wrong.

Yes , and i'v Send it Back right away
and i called the uscis after that to check if they resived it
and i talked to an officer and she said yes we resived the documents
and 3 day's i called again to ask about the EAD
one dum ladu answerd me and she was like ( i can't help u
make an infopass )
i dont know should i make it or no
it is far and it will be waste of money and time if u went and they said that i have to wait ?

RFEs cause a delay. I waited 45 days on mine which caused a major backlog. But even 1 week I think pushes the paper to the back of the file. Although legally they have to finish in 90 work days (excluding RFE time)

So you may want to infopass anyway.....

i called again today
and the officer told me i have to wait anther 30 day's after the 90 day's prossing time
and if i did't get anything by this time
i have to call again and they will file a request for me

Sounds accurate. They always give that 30 day buffer. I got the same thing during my infopass. You can probably expect the EAD during that 30 day timeframe if they have quoted that, if not then you have a case to get mad.

this was the worest case i'v ever seen or heared about
i'v been visited from Office from the ICE office and they were extremly roud , and it ended with them askin my wife for a privte interview and they freaked out in the interview becouse the way they were talkin to her
and as she say's they were talkin in a very rude way , and theriting her by cancling the case and to put her in jail and lots of this pullshit
and since that day both of us are really mad , even the lowyer told us to wait for the Green Card then after that we should file a sue case :S\
