Dear Sirs,
I am a permanent resident through marriage since April 14 2006. I will be filing for removing conditions on residence in January 2008. I want to bring my 21 years old to the US next year (2008), but I don’t know what would be the best option. I thought that he could get a student visa (seeing that he wants to go to grad school), but I was told that because of the fact that I live here, that they would deny him the F1 visa. Another option would be filing an I-130, but then again they wouldn’t allow him come over here for school, because of the I-130. Another option would be for me to wait to become a citizen (because my marriage happened after he turned 18)and then file for him (what form???) however that would take too long and he would not be able to go to school ...So, what should I do??? I want him go to school next year and don’t even know where to start from. Could anyone give me a good idea???
Thanks!

Visitor's visa to visit.

But to live, that will take some time:

Children of LPR get F2 preference, and children of US Citizens get F1 preference.

Married children of US Citizen get F3 prefrence.
