ok important question here. Why on the I-130 petition do they not ask the same questions as the K-3 process or the K-1 process. My reason for asking is very important. The criminal charges they list on the I-129F are not on the I-130? On the I-130 i seem to hear that the back ground check is on the foreign person immigrating into the U.S. as for criminal issues?

Please give me your advise, it would be very helpful.
